WE RESPECT RTU, BUT THIS IS A DECISIVE GAME: SAYS TUFA GOALKEEPERS TRAINER.

18th February,2014.

Tamale Utrecht division one side face their toughest test of the season so far on Sunday Afternoon, as they prepare to take on Alhassan Dawuoo,s RTU at the Tamale Sports Stadium in the second-leg of their Division one league Zone 1A Competition. It's without a shadow of a doubt the tie of the round and easily the toughest that RTU have faced at this stage in recent memory. With a squad full of superstar players, Utrecht are not only capable of defeating the former Ghana Premier league, they are capable of topping this Zone.

RTU’S home form is simply extraordinary – but goalkeepers trainer of Utrecht  Academy, Mohammed Bashiru [joe baa] believes the game is an opened one and very decisive for the visitors -- as aside from a couple of blemishes, the traditional side have been near perfect on home turf. Of course, their away form can leave a lot to be desired, but Utrecht, one of the two teams in the Zone to have beaten RTU are looking to make it double come Sunday.

That's not to say that Utrecht are a poor side or that they do not stand a chance on Sunday -- quite the opposite in fact. The Kasulgu based side's away form in the competition, is far from spectacular. If Utrecht win, it will be no surprise, but importantly, it's likely to be decisive either. Mohammed Bashiru told tufaghanafc.com

"My opinion on the team is that I have a lot of respect," the former Guan United goalkeeper said. "The teams have the quality and I have to admire the quality of my opponents. We are going to play one team that has all the season been up (leading the league),

"It is a typical team that always puts in a good performance in the Division one but I have the believe we can shock them.
