Nana Asare - ambassadeur TUFANana Asare
Nana Asare started his career at the Ghanaian club Kumasi Cornerstone, was then scouted by Feyenoord Fetteh – the academy in the south of Ghana – and is currently playing for FC Utrecht.

“TUFA is a very good project because it is beneficial to the youth in education, self-discipline and respect. Another great asset is that TUFA does not only focus on players of the academy itself, but also on the wider community.

I am glad to be part of this project and impose my experience as a professional to the new risen generation.”

Iddi Abdul Yakinu
Originally from Tamale – the city where TUFA is located – Iddi Abdul Yakinu is all too familiar with the situation in which football players from Northern Ghana find themselves. He is currently playing for KV Mechelen and is enthusiastically involved in the football academy in his hometown.

TUFA is the best thing that has ever happened to the life of so many young children in Tamale so far. It will help putting a stop to child trafficking in the cities, as they can pursue their dreams and goals right here in Tamale. And the fact that TUFA has open its doors to help promote Education and Sports in the Northern Region makes it the best project ever built in the whole Northern Region.

TUFA means change.”
