Tamale Utrecht Football Academy will present two friendly matches this weekend for the division one side and the U-13.

The senior side will taste competition from Tamale FC a division two side on Friday at the Kasalgu complex as part of the team’s pre-season preparations. Coach Osman Rashid side will be expecting to pick up their first win after going two matches without a win in the pre-season. The team lost to the Black Satellites and Wa Allstars 3-2 and 2-1 respectively.

The young Kasalans start the season with their first match on Sunday at the Kasalgu complex against Young Kotoko colts club. They are yet to drop maximum points at Kasalgu and the technical team is expecting to assess the performance of the players after a two week training on new techniques in the game.

The U-13 match is at 8am on Sunday.
