A BRACE FROM TAMALE LADS POWER BLACK MAIDENS TO VICTORY

Two goals in the first half from Samira Abdul Rahman and Alhassan Rahma ensured that the National U-17 side the Black maidens beat Nungua Ladies 3-0 in their first friendly match in Accra on Thursday.

The Lepo ladies striker Samira Abdul Rahman justified her call up to the national U-17 side when she finished off a brilliant goal to put her team ahead in the game.

Compatriot Alhassan Rahma who plays for Goldfields ladies in Tamale also gave a good account of herself in the game and was awarded with a personal goal to end first half proceedings with a two goal lead for the Maidens.

Victory was sealed for Coach Masud Dramani side when Jane Ayinyam grabbed the third goal.

The ladies team is preparing for the next year world cup qualifier against Cameroon in Yaounde and coach Masud is satisfied with the team tactical discipline.
