The former Black Stars coach is thrilled with TUFA’s achievement in the last two years and praised the mentality of young talents in the Northern Regions after attending the final phase of selection of young talents into the Academy.

The players have done very well, I think I will not be wrong to say Ghana has her gold mind of talents here in the north' Oti told the club's official website, tufaghanafc.com. You can see the level of technique shown by the boys, they have eye for the game and are desperate in their attempt to realize their potentials”

Oti Akenteng has praised the club’s youth policy and staff for their work developing players in recent years, comparing the Kasalgu Complex production line to that of Barcelona’s famed La Masia centre. He stressed the need to tap the talents which he admitted was the only challenge in identifying the potentials of the boys.
