YUSSIF BASIT RETURNS IN TUFA WEEKEND DIVISION ONE ACTION
21 February, 2013
Tamale Utrecht Robust midfielder Yussif Abdul Basit will return in this weekend Division One League action for Tamale Utrecht after missing out in the FA Cup competition in the round of 64.
The influential midfielder was suspended for one match after an accumulated number of cautions and could not play a part in the MTN FA Cup competition where the Kasalans exited the competition after losing 3-0 to Accra Hearts of Oak last Sunday at the Tamale Sports Stadium.
Basit will bring to Coach Osman Rashid side fluidity in midfield needed to earn a win in the week 5 fixtures of the Polytank Division one league on Sunday at the Kasalgu complex.
The Kasalans are still going to play without Vincet Deyi who is yet to complete his suspension after he was expelled on a red card in the TUFA 1-0 win against Galaxy FC.
