Tamale Utrecht Football Academy Under 13 side was in devastating form on Sunday Morning winning the inaugural regional colts Gala competition. The Young Kasalans won 3-1 in the final match against the select side of the three other colts clubs in the competition.
Striker Mohammed Naeem was the youngster that ensured a scintillating victory for TUFA after scoring all three goals in the final game. He demonstrated flair and quick pace on the game that won him huge admiration from the travelling guest from Inter Allies in Accra.
Earlier Great Eagles colts club lost 4-3 on penalties to Kessben colts club whilst Tamale Utrecht dismissed Zaytuna colts club 3-0 in the second match. A brace from Mohammed Naeem and a goal from Mohammed Rashid gave TUFA the edge over the Northern Regional Colts Under 12 champions.
Mohammed Naeem easily won the goal king crown from netting 5 goals in just two matches.
