GFA PRESIDENT VISITS TUFA COMPLEX

The President of the Ghana Football Association Lawyer Kwasi Nyantakyi today led a team of GFA officials to visit the academy complex of Tamae Utrecht Football Academy at Kasalgu.

The GFA team that was accompanied to the complex by the CEO of Tamale Utrecht FA Mr. Abdulai Alhassan and RFA Vice Chairman, Ahmed Baako Alhasan was met on arrival by the Technical Director of the academy Arc. Jawhari Baba-Duah and the Facility Manager Mr. Haruna Alhassan.

 

 

 

The GFA capo and his team that included Black Stars coach, Kwasi Appiah and Black Satellites management committee chairman Mr. George Afriyie were pleased with the facilities at the academy after a 30 minute tour of the complex.

‘The facilities were well designed and the general spatial arrangement makes this academy unique’ said Lawyer Nyantakyi.

‘The next batch of Talents like the Messi, Cristian Atsu and the Abedi Pele will obviously come from this complex as the region is abound in soccer talents’ GFA president added.

The team later attended an international football match between Ghana U-20 team and the Young Lions of Morroco in an African U-20 cup qualifier where the Ghanaian team won 4-1 at the Tamale Sports Stadium.
