TUFA PLAYS NATIONAL U-20 IN PRE-SEASON FIRST FRIENDLY

Tamale Utrecht Football Academy division one side plays the national under 20 side, the Black Satellite at the Tamale Sports Stadium on Wednesday.
The match which is scheduled for a 3pm kick off will offer coach Maxwel Konadu and his team the opportunity to sharpen the team’s rough edges ahead of the Under 20 side African cup qualifier against the Young Atlas Lions of Morocco on Saturday.
The Kasalan side has also been training since the resumption of the team two weeks ago and has been presented with the opportunity to embark on their first pre-season match against the Under 20 side at the Tamale Sports Stadium.
TUFA head coach Osman Rashid is expected to try out new players in the team to boost their confidence ahead of major competitions. Right back Yussif Alhassan formerly of Nandom Black Bulls, Nafiu Iddrisu of Wa FC of and striker Hanif Ibrahim of Wa Crystal FC are tipped to make the squad for tomorrow’s match.
