MORE PLAYERS REPORT FOR DAY 2 OF TUFA TRAINING SESSION

The technical team of Tamale Utrecht FA today recorded 25 players on the day 2 of the club training at the Kasalgu complex. All the regular players of the club reported for training today but Ali Umar who had still not arrived from Accra to join his colleagues.

TUFA on-loan goalkeeper to Gangdu FC Yakubu Abdallah made convincing saves at the post in an attempt at securing a place in the club’s register for the next season.

New Coach Shilla Alhassan and Muniru Aziz were satisfied with the players output at training today and were hopeful of generating a winning team for the season. The coaches are currently without their head coach Osman Rashid who is on a regional assignment in the on-going national milo competition in Cape Coast.

The training session was witnessed today by the CEO Mr. Abdulai Alhassan, the Technical Director, Jawhari Baba-Duah and Coach Muazz Choo.

Meanwhile striker Jafaru A. Somed and Alhassan Kalusha scored a goal each to draw Tura Majic level in an intriguing friendly match played today.

Jafaru A. Somed open scoring for his side. Their opponents lead in the game 2-1 after Jafaru’s goal was equalized. However Kalusha came off the bench to grab the equalizer for his side.
