TUFC earn win at tampieng-Kukuo in a friendly
15th of May, 2011
A second half strike by Iddrisu Osman earned TUFC an away win against Gangdu Stars at Tampe-Kukou.The match which was witnessed by a large crowd saw good display of soccer from both sides that ended the first half scoreless.
However back from recess several attempts by the visiting team to score a goal proved futile until Iddrisu Osman jumped above his markers and headed home the only goal of the match from a Simon Blaise cross.
TUFC took total charge of the game but could not find the back of the net despite numerous chances that came their way until proceedings were brought to an end by the referee.
TUFC went into the game with two previous wins against Gangdu FC and needed to keep their hundred percent record against their host.
