LIBERTY SET ASIDE SKY FC IN A FRIENDLY
25 April, 2012
Tamale Liberty Babies today beat Sky FC 2-1 at the Zogbeli Park in a club friendly.
The Jisonayili based club that has seen tremendous improvement in their set up went up in the first but had their goal cancelled by Liberty Babies later in the half.
The game was then opened for the two division clubs to score from the chances that came their way. However it was Liberty Babies that got the better of the exchanges and scored late in the first half to clinch the winner.
Sky FC caused a scare to the tactically disciplined Liberty side in the game but could not grab the match equaliser until the game was brought to an end.
