Tamale Utrecht Football Club were 3-0 winners over visiting Black Bulls today at the Tamale sports stadium in week 5 of the polytank division one league.

The host took the lead in 15 minutes after Vincent Deyi lashed on to a pass from outside the penalty and delivered a powerful shot from his right foot into the far post of the goalkeeper.

The visitors who were mainly under siege in their own half resulted into hard tackles and injuring striker Jafaru A. Somed in the process who was substituted for Tahiru Abdul Moomin in the 73 minutes after converting from the spot to give TUFC a 2-0 lead.

TUFC enjoyed about 70 percent of ball possession and treated the fans to sumptuous soccer, demonstrating a character of purpose to the delight of fans that thronged to watch the team with the best artistry soccer display so far in the division one league.

An incredible piece of skill was demonstrated in the 56thminute between Alhassan Kalusha and petit midfielder Alidu Mohammed Awal, when the former incisive pass found Awal who beat an offside trap to chip the ball over the on-rushing Black Bulls goalkeeper to conclude the scoring page for TUFC.

Alidu Yakubu who scored in last week Bazooka drawn game was introduced into the game for Alhassan Kalusha in the 58th minute whilst Hamdan Yakubu playing his first match in the division one campaign came in for Alidu Mohammed Awal in the 65thminute.
