TUFC MAULED GANGDU,RTU HELD BY DYNAMOS

Tamale Utrecht FC today beat Gangdu Stars at Tampe Kukuo 4-1 in a friendly match.
The match was part of TUFC preparations for the upcoming FA Cup competition and the division one league whilst Gandgu Stars are also preparing for their division two league.
Adam A. Basit opened scoring in the match for TUFC leaving the home side to later concede an own goal to give TUFC 2-0 lead. Gangdu however fought back and redeemed a goal before Simon Blaise jumped to connect home to end the half 3-1 for TUFC.
TUFC resumed the second half more purposeful at goal after Adam A. Basit was substituted for Tahiru Benzema who fired inside the penalty the fourth goal for TUFC.

Meanwhile Real Tamale United was today held to a goalless draw game by Dynamos FC at the Tamale Stadium Annex in a friendly. Both sides failed to hit the back of the net after several attempts at goal. Dynamos FC came into the game as an improved after losing their first friendly match against RTU 5-1 a fortnight ago.
The match was also the first for coach Mohammed Gargo after returning from the CAF licence ‘B’ course.
