THREE VIE FOR TAMALE UTRECHT GOLDEN BALL AWARD

Three Tamale Utrecht players have been nominated for the club top award for the 2010/2011 season. The trio Jafaru A. Somed, Alhassan Kalusha and Adam Ibrahim will compete for the prestigious award to be announced very soon.
Alhassan Kalusha finished the league as the top scorer with nine goals whilst aggressive and speedster Jafrau A Somed who tormented many defenders in the league bagged 6 goals.
Strong and utility defender Adam Ibrahim who could switch from defence to midfield netted 5 goals in the competition. Adam scored two of his goals from set pieces.
The assistant coach of TUFC Muniru Aziz who captained the team to its debut league success was nominated for most appearance and most dedicated.
