MUNIRU A. AZIZ NAMED TUFC ASSISTANT COACH

TUFC defender and Captain Muniru A. Aziz has been appointed an assistant coach to head coach Mu-azz Choo.

The soft spoken player and now coach led the TUFC team to lift the 2011 Northern regional division two championship in its maiden appearance. He also participated in the GFA / CAF introductory coaching course organised by the Ghana Football Association in September this year.

Until his relationship with TUFC, Muniru had played for Real Tamale United FC and Golden Stars FC. He also had some stints of football career in Dubai.

Muniru would be expected to assist the experienced coach Mu-azz Choo to plot another success in the division one.

Meanwhile Mohammed Abdulai maintained his position as team manager of Tamale Utrecht football club.
