TUFC WIN TO MOVE TOP OF GROUP

Tamale Utrecht football club today put up a spirited performance to win 2-0 against Tamale Allstars at the Batco field in the second day of the phase two of the division two league.TUFC has jumped to the top of the group with four points.
Jafaru A. Somed opened scoring in the second half through a spot kick after Tamale Allstars defender handled the ball in the penalty area. Left full back Adam Ibrahim who played today in midfield connected home a pass from Jafaru A. Somed 10 minutes later to seal victory for TUFC.
In the other match Galaxy FC settled for a goalless drawn game against Liberty Babies at the Zogbeli park.
